Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking to recruit a remote Senior Business Development Executive to join our super talented sales team.

About:

Business Hunters is an outsourced sales function for other businesses. Business Hunters primarily offers high level introductions to businesses on an enterprise level, having relationships with some of the largest and most exciting brands in the world.

The role:

We are searching for a Senior Business Development Executive who is experienced in different sectors with predominantly tech based businesses, to hunt for prospects to then communicate with to produce high level introductions.

Emailing, LinkedIn messaging and cold calling will be required.

You will communicate in a professional consultative approach, and arrange an introduction for further discussion.

Commissions are awarded once an introduction has taken place. You will not required to be on the meeting or close the sale. This is not a 360 role.

There are two team meetings a day, one in the morning before starting the ‘hunt’ and one in the evening to see how your day has progressed. During these meetings, support is offered, and the team discusses other opportunities.

The team are all in constant contact throughout the day through group messaging or video chat.

A state of the art sales management system is provided which has been designed and developed around your needs, which is used as the primary form of communication. This is used for all contacts to be stored, e-mail, SMS, LinkedIn comms and VOIP.

Senior Business Development Executive Experience:

At least 4 years Business Development experience with proven track record. Preferably in a B2B sales environment (must be able to source your own prospects).

Must have a hunter mentality

Should be used to working from home on a permanent basis.

Glass half full personality, self-motivated, along with being able to work on your own autonomously.

Past experience in different sectors, however primarily technology, SAAS, healthcare, would be advantageous.

Having and wanting to achieve goals and ambitions.

Be a team player – we are a small team therefore it’s essential we are all getting along together.

Professional verbal communication and good writing skills.
